Philip T. Ellmore, Ph.D., CFRE is currently serving as Assistant Vice President for Advancement for Muhlenberg College.  He has served as Acting Vice President for Development and Alumni Affairs, Vice President for Development at North Carolina Wesleyan College; President of the Eastern Baptist Seminary Foundation; Senior Director of Development at the Good Shepherd Home, as Assistant Director of Planned Giving at Lafayette College, and as Regional Director of Mission Support for the Presbyterian Homes, Inc.  Dr. Ellmore has had extensive experience in Capital Campaigns as a consultant, volunteer and parish pastor.  A frequent presenter at regional and national conferences, he is a member of the adjunct faculties of Eastern College’s School of Professional Studies and Palmer Theological Seminary.  Dr. Ellmore has been designated a Faculty Star by the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).  He headed the consulting team that provided services to Neffs Union Evangelical Lutheran Church, Neffs United Church of Christ, Frieden’s Lutheran Church, St. John’s Lutheran Church, the Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena, St. Anthony of Padua Church, Wilmington, DE, and the SOAR Committee of the New Castle, DE Presbytery.

Lois D’Alonzo Heesters, CFRE has twenty years of fund raising experience and non-profit organization management with a concentration in major gifts, grants, annual campaigns and capital campaigns.  Most recently, Ms. Heesters served as VP and Director of Capital Campaigns and Major Gifts at Peninsula United Methodist Homes where she successfully managed a $2.5 million capital campaign for The Methodist Country House, a $750,000 capital campaign for Cokesbury Village in Wilmington, DE and a $500,000 capital campaign for Methodist Manor House in Seaford, DE.  She also served eight years as Director of Annual Giving and Membership at Winterthur Museum & Country Estate; two years as Director of Development for the Chesapeake Bay Girl Scout Council, and four years as Director of Development for St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.  She is a 20 year member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and has recently served as a member of the AFP-Brandywine Chapter Board of Directors.  Ms. Heesters has volunteered her time as a member of the Board of Directors of several non-profit agencies, including The Bayard House, Wilmington, DE; The Wellness Community DE; The United States Olympic Committee – DE Chapter; the Norman Oliver Basketball League, Wilmington, DE; and as volunteer fundraising counsel for Personal Ponies LTD, Wilmington, DE.  She is part of the FHC team currently serving The Cathedral Choir School, Wilmington, DE and the National Lutheran Home, Rockville, MD.

MaryAnne Heeter has twenty-seven years of experience in non-profit organization management.  She has served in the fields of Girl Scouting and healthcare.  In Girl Scouting she was a Field Executive, Program Director, Training Director, Field Supervisor and Assistant Executive Director.  In 1976 she had her first experience in fundraising as she raised the money to construct a building at Camp Pocono in Tannersville, PA.  In healthcare, she was the Director of Volunteer Services and for seven years was Director of Development at Pocono Medical Center.  She managed all aspects of the annual campaign and was responsible for raising $10,000,000 for their recent Capital Campaign.  She has worked as a volunteer with several non-profit agencies as their annual campaign and fund drives.  These agencies include:  United Way, Pocono Family YMCA, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Boy Scouts, Red Cross and Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). Ms. Heeter is currently part of the FHC team providing services to Pocono YMCA, Stroudsburg, PA; The Salvation Army-East Stroudsburg Corps, East Stroudsburg, PA; The Salvation Army-Pen Argyl Corps, Pen Argyl, PA; and Women’s Resources of Monroe County, Delaware Water Gap, PA.

William Leh, CFRE, is an accomplished non-profit executive and AFP Master Trainer.  Prior to joining Farr Healey, he was Executive Director of Communities In Schools of the Lehigh Valley, a position he held from 1998 to 2008.  He received a BA degree (Magna Cum Laude) from Princeton University and studied for two years in doctoral programs at Westfield College of the University of London.  Before working in the non-profit sector, he spent 21 years in management positions with Leh's Department Stores, culminating in the position of President and CEO.  Mr. Leh serves on the board of directors of the Moravian Book Shop, as Assistant Governor of Rotary District 7430, and is past president of the Eastern PA Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.  He is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Finance/Human Resources committee and its Committee on Directorship. Active in community causes, Mr. Leh served as Chairman of the Board of the Princeton University Store, as President of Mayfair Arts Festival, Fighting AIDS Continuously Together, and the Lehigh Valley Arts Council, and as chairman of the Allentown Arts Commission.  Mr. Leh is currently part of the FHC team providing services to Alliance for Building Communities, Allentown, PA; American Camellia Society Trust, Inc., Fort Valley, GA; and Tregoe Education Forum, Princeton, NJ.

Joan W. Priest, CFRE has over twenty-five years of experience in fund development with a concentration in major gifts, grants, and capital campaigns. She recently retired as Associate Director of Development and Capital Campaign Coordinator for the Delaware Nature Society (DNS).  There she successfully managed a $7.8 million capital campaign, grew the annual budget from $350,000 to over $2 million and the endowment from $200,000 to more than $12 million. Ms. Priest served on the Board of the Brandywine Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) where she recently chaired the Professional Development Committee. In 1998, Ms. Priest was named AFP/Brandywine Chapter Fundraising Executive of the Year. She is an AFP Master teacher and coaches professionals applying for certification. Joan serves as Director of Development for the Joseph Priestley District of the Unitarian Universalist Association and is a delegate to the UUA General Assembly.  Currently Ms. Priest is serving Brandywine Valley Association, West Chester, PA; Mennonite Home Communities, Lancaster, PA; Ranch Hope, Alloway, NJ; and Wildlands Conversancy, Macungie, PA.

Paula J. Roesler, CFRE has thirty years of fund-raising experience in support of higher education and community services.  She is a generalist with special strengths in development and program planning, endowment and major gifts, staff development, and marketing and publications.  She served as Vice President for Development for Woods Services for thirteen years, a major provider of disability and special needs programs.  Previously she was chief development officer at Trinity College and the Levine School of Music in Washington, D.C.; served as Director of Endowment and Planned Giving at the College of St. Benedict, St. Joseph, MN; and, was CEO of the YWCA in Fargo, ND.  Prior to that, she did diversity counseling and education while completing an undergraduate degree at Minnesota State University, Moorhead.  Ms. Roesler gained CFRE certification in 1987 and has held various training, leadership positions in the Minneapolis, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia chapters of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).  She has been part of the FHC team serving Advanced Living Management and Development/Schwenckfeld Manor, Lansdale, PA; Lehigh Valley Academy Regional Charter School, Bethlehem, PA ; and Salvation Army-Pen Argyl Corps, Pen Argyl, PA.

Jerry Rohrbach, CFRE, ChFC has more than thirty-five years experience as a professional with integrated experience in the design and implementation of charitable development, marketing, and public relations in non-profit organizations. He spent nearly nineteen years with Temple University, Philadelphia as a Director in major gifts and planned giving.  He also has had successful positions with Liberty Lutheran Services, The Pennsylvania School for the Deaf and The Presbyterian Home at 58th Street in Philadelphia. His experiences are deep and wide in strategic planning, board development, planned giving, major gifts fundraising and marketing. In addition to his CFRE certification Mr. Rohrbach earned the Chartered Financial Consultant certification in 2000. He is a popular speaker at professional conferences, workshops and round tables on a variety of topics. Jerry is an emeritus Board member of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals, Greater Philadelphia Chapter having served as President and Chairman of the Board. In 1998 Mr. Rohrbach was elected by his peers as the Fund Raising Professional of the Year. He also served on the National Ethics Committee of AFP.  Jerry stays involved as a volunteer in the community having served on the Boards of Habitat for Humanity, Philadelphia and The Pennsylvania Bible Society.  He was been part of the team serving Liberty Resources, Inc., Philadelphia, PA.

David V. Voellinger, M.A. has almost thirty years experience in nonprofit fundraising, marketing, Board development and human resource management.  He has served in the fields of health care, nonprofit homes, higher education and the arts.  He was Director of Development for the Lehigh County Historical Society for twelve years and has been instrumental in helping raise $6 million to construct a new museum.  He was part of the FHC team providing services to the Good Shepherd Home, Carroll County Historical Society, The Independence School, The Caron Foundation, The Hillside School, Sierra Adoption Services, and Easter Seals of Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore, The State Theatre for the Arts, Allentown Performance & Education Center, KidsPeace, the National Canal Museum, PresbyHomes Foundation, the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ABVI), Caron Treatment Centers, Wernersville, PA, Serenity Lane, Eugene, OR and Mercy San Juan Medical Center, Sacramento, CA.
