 Theresa F. Haenn, MBA, CFRE has been a senior development executive for health-related, human service and continuing care retirement organizations; and thirteen years experience as a former business owner of an inbound technology-driven service company. A professional fundraiser for more than a decade, Ms. Haenn has raised more than $3 million for the organizations she served. Prior to her career in fundraising, Ms. Haenn and her husband owned a small inbound call-center business in suburban Philadelphia which employed twenty-five. She utilized her skills in management, planning, training and marketing to be recognized in the business community as one of the best call centers in the region which enabled annual revenue growth from less than $400,000 to nearly $1 million during the thirteen year period. Ms. Haenn has served the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) on the national level, is the former President and current Board Chair of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of AFP. She is an ordained Elder in the Presbyterian Church, USA and has been an active leader on a number of outreach and mission related committees.
